3. Appointments and Bookings

When booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Pay for services rendered at the time of appointment

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice. We accept the following payment methods:

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please inform your technician immediately so we can address your concerns. Issues reported within 48 hours of service may be eligible for a complimentary correction. Refunds are issued at management's discretion.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used for any services. Gift cards have no expiration date, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Babika Nails and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
